Exchange and returns
If you want to return an item, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the day the order is shipped.
Returns of products from the outlet section or accessories are not permitted.
The item(s) to be returned must be packed in perfect condition in a single package, with its original labeling and without any signs of having been used.
In the event that the product has any manufacturing defects, the same period will be available to notify the customer. After this period, the company will not be held responsible.
The refund of the amount can be made by means of a voucher with no expiration date (instantly upon completion of the return process).
For returns, the customer will be responsible for sending us the package in perfect condition.
We are not responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
They must be paid by the client.
