Shipping
You will have the option of receiving the order at your own home or at the address of your choice. You will receive your package directly at the address you indicate, only in the Canary Islands. It can be your usual address, your second residence, your workplace... whatever suits you best.
Shipments will be made at 2:00 p.m. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following day.
The company reserves the right to send the package up to 5 days later.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- To the Canary Islands, shipping takes 24/72 hours. Free Shipping
- Shipping to mainland Spain takes 5 - 7 business days. Cost €7.
Shipments to the peninsula may take a few days longer than usual.
Important information about shipments to the Peninsula: Any additional charge that may or may not be applied when receiving the package at your home is directly related to the tariff and customs policy of the destination autonomous community and is beyond our control and responsibility. Please take this into account when processing your order. Thank you very much in advance.No shipments or orders are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
At Maemuki we cannot guarantee these delivery times, as the transport company is the one that carries out this operation. In any case, our sales department makes the greatest effort to ensure that orders arrive within the stated timeframes and in fact, 99% of shipments are delivered within 48 hours.
The shipping costs of the raffled products must be paid by the customer.

Returns
If you want to return an item, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the day the order is shipped.
Returns of products from the outlet section or accessories are not permitted.
The item(s) to be returned must be packed in perfect condition in a single package, with its original labeling and without any signs of having been used.
In the event that the product has any manufacturing defects, the same period will be available to notify the customer. After this period, the company will not be held responsible.
The refund of the amount can be made by means of a voucher with no expiration date (instantly upon completion of the return process).
For returns, the customer will be responsible for sending us the package in perfect condition.
We are not responsible for the shipping costs for returning items.
They must be paid by the client.
